Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Insert Coin. By using Insert Coin you accept them. In short: Insert Coin is an arcade of games of skill, not gambling; you play other players, never us; we take no share of any match and never hold your money; and you play only where and when it's lawful for you.

1. Insert Coin is a skill gaming service

Insert Coin (insertcoin.pro) offers action games played on BitcoinSV, such as Satoshi Pong. By using Insert Coin, you understand and agree that:

• Every game on Insert Coin is a game of skill: its result is decided by the players' own skill (reflexes, aim, timing, movement and strategy), not by chance. Insert Coin offers no games of chance.
• Insert Coin is not gambling, and is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, sweepstakes, betting exchange or prediction market. You can't stake on events, on other players' matches or on anything you don't play in yourself.
• In a Competitive match you play other people. Insert Coin is never a party to a match, never plays against you, sets no odds and banks no game. Computer-controlled opponents (bots) are offered in Free Mode only.
• Insert Coin takes no rake, commission, cut or entry fee from any match. The full stake of every point or kill goes to the player who wins it; the only deduction is the BitcoinSV network fee, which goes to the network's miners.
• Insert Coin never holds your funds. You keep your own wallet and keys, and your stake is locked on the blockchain under your own key, as described below.
• You take part in Competitive play to compete in a contest of skill, and you do not use Insert Coin to wager on chance.

2. Free Mode and Competitive play

Free Mode is open to everyone and is played with pretend sats. Pretend sats have no monetary value, can't be bought, sold, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for anything, and exist only to play.

Competitive play is played with real BSV, only where and when Insert Coin offers it. Before a match, every player sees and agrees to the stake per point or kill and the amount each locks in escrow. Each point's or kill's stake is paid automatically to the player who wins it, and whatever remains of each player's escrow is returned to them when the match ends. Insert Coin may change or switch off Competitive play at any time.

3. Who can use Insert Coin

To take part in Competitive play you must:

• be at least 18 years old and of the legal age of majority where you live;
• be located where contests of skill for value are lawful, and where Insert Coin offers Competitive play;
• not use a VPN, proxy or any other means to disguise your location; and
• be legally able to agree to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws that apply to you. If you take part in Competitive play, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Insert Coin is not directed to children under 13.

4. Your wallet and your funds

Your wallet is created in your browser from a 12-word recovery phrase that only you hold. Insert Coin never receives your recovery phrase or private keys and can't recover them, reverse a transaction or restore lost funds. Keep your recovery phrase safe and private: anyone who has it controls your wallet.

In a Competitive match, each player's stake is locked in an escrow on the BitcoinSV blockchain. Insert Coin's referee key co-signs each payment as points or kills are won, and it can't move funds on its own: every payment also needs a player's key. Blockchain transactions are public and final, and network fees apply.

You use BitcoinSV at your own risk. The value of BSV can go up and down, transactions can be delayed, and networks and software can fail. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

5. Fair play

Skill must decide every match. You agree not to:

• cheat, or use bots, scripts, macros, aim assistance or any other automation;
• collude with other players, deliberately lose, or arrange results;
• exploit bugs or interfere with the games, the servers or other players;
• use more than one wallet or identity to gain an advantage or manipulate the leaderboards; or
• play from where Competitive play isn't lawful or offered, or misrepresent your age or location.

Breaking these rules breaks these Terms, and we may remove usernames and leaderboard entries tied to it.

6. Purchases

Usernames, NFTs and Trollbox posts are digital goods and services priced in USD and paid in BSV at the current rate. They are paid on the blockchain and are final once the payment confirms. Tips are voluntary. NFT resales carry a 5% royalty to Insert Coin. Trollbox posts and dislikes are paid to Insert Coin; replies, likes and tips pay 99% to the post's author and 1% to Insert Coin.

7. What you post and say

Trollbox posts are written to the BitcoinSV blockchain and are permanent; they can't be edited or deleted. You are responsible for what you post and what you say in voice chat. Don't post or say anything unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful or that infringes anyone's rights.

8. Our content

Insert Coin's games, artwork, sounds, code and brand are ours or our licensors'. You may use them to play, but not copy, resell or redistribute them. Owning an NFT gives you the token and the right to display its artwork; it doesn't transfer the underlying copyright.

9. No warranties

Insert Coin is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep it running fairly and securely, but we don't promise it will always be available, error-free or uninterrupted, or that the BitcoinSV network will always process transactions promptly.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Insert Coin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses resulting from lost recovery phrases or keys, blockchain or network failures, changes in the value of BSV, or other players' conduct. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Insert Coin for goods and services in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to hold Insert Coin harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law, including playing where Competitive play isn't lawful for you.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Insert Coin means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Insert Coin is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
